Repair Service

We repair classic vintage, and some modern coin operated machines (video, pinball, trade stimulators, slot machines, neon, vending, etc.). Atari, Williams, Bally, Namco, Sega, Rock-Ola and many others.

Solid State, Electro Mechanical, Pure Mechanical.

VIDEO GAME REPAIR SERVICE RATES
Discounts are available for the repair of multiple machines.

Labor Rates (one hour minimum)
$65 the first hour and then $50 per hour after that.
$85 per hour for Emergency work.

NOTE: Video game controls (joysticks, buttons, roller balls, etc.), electronic parts and monitor parts are often obsolete and can't be purchased locally.

In-Shop Repair
Machine owner must provide transportation. However, a field service and other fees are not charged on this type of service. Monitor repair is an in shop only service and usually requires the game to be onsite for testing.

Travel and Fees
$35 diagnostic fee (if the machine or monitor is not repairable)
$40 Machine Transportation Fee applies if the game is outside our normal service area.
We charge 65 cents per mile (round trip) if we have to travel outside our normal service area.

Restoration Service

We restore classic vintage, and modern coin operated machines (video, pinball, trade stimulators, vending, jukebox, slot machine, etc.).

Cabinet restoration can include all of this and more:

• Cut out old and damaged wood. Replace with new wood.
• Filling, sanding, painting the cabinet.
• Replace or repair missing parts, including doors.
• Paint and or Prep cabinet for graphics or stencils.
• Applying graphic decals and artwork.
• Paint or Powdercoat metal parts.
• Replacing the T-molding.

Game Parts and Electronics can include all of this and more:

• Rebuild the CRT monitor.
• Replace the CRT with a LCD monitor.
• Rebuild or replace all the controls and buttons.
• Rebuild and or repair the game circuit boards.

Programming

Eprom cost + $varies ($2.00 - $4.00 each) charge per Eprom.

I can program virtually any type of Eprom (UV, OTP, Flash ) from any size (1kb to 32Mb) in any package (DIP, PLCC, SOIC).

Consignment

Coin OP Stuff offers a coin-op consignment service. Consign your machine to us, and we handle all the marketing and sales. Send us an email or call if you would like for us to sell your machine for you.

Marketing provided with our Consignment Service:

1. List the machine for sale on our website.
2. List the machine with our Craigslist listings.
3. List the machine for sale on all other appropriate marketplaces.

Consignment Service Requirements:

1. The machine must be in proper working condition.
2. The machine must be in clean and working order.
3. The machine must be delivered to our shop. (We can be hired to pick up.)

If you authorize, we can repair and restore your machine for an additional fee:

Consignment Fees:

Our Consignment Service fee covers all of our marketing, storage, handling and sales efforts for your machine.
The Consignment Service fee is 60/40 of the sales price of your machine.
Any authorized machine work that we perform is additional to the Consignment Service fee: fees for repair service, restoration and upgrade, and pick up, these fees will be taken out of the final price.
